    She Bears collects and processes personal data in order to be able to fulfil the contract that we have together and to deliver the hypnobirthing course and other related services to you. By processing this data, I am able to deliver a more personalised service to you. Some of the data I collect may be sensitive personal data. This data will not be shared with anyone else without your express written consent and enables me to provide my services to you. You may opt out of providing any personal data, but it may limit my ability to fulfil our contract fully.

    How long we keep information

    Your personal information will be stored for 7 years from the last time you use She Bears’ services.

    Financial information will be retained for 10 years to comply with tax laws.

    Marketing analytics information will be retained for up to 5 years for trend analysis.

    Data is stored securely electronically and physically. At the end of the relevant retention period physical documents will be shredded and electronic records will be permanently deleted.
