Virtual Hypnobirthing Essentials Course
Do you want to learn about hypnobirthing but don’t have the time (or the budget) to invest in a full course? The Virtual Hypnobirthing Essentials Course is perfect for you. We will cover all of the basics of mindset, birth physiology and the context of birth in just one 3 hour session.
Virtual Private Signature Hypnobirthing Course
Learn hypnobirthing tools and techniques from the comfort of your own home with the time and space to ask all the questions you want answered. The private hypnobirthing course is ideal if you have particular concerns or worries that you want to go into in depth. It can be arranged at a time that suits everyone over one to four sessions.

Virtual Bespoke Mini Hypnobirthing Course
This fully bespoke mini course is perfect if:
– You have done hypnobirthing during a previous pregnancy and want a refresher of the techniques
– You are nearing the end of your pregnancy and don’t feel like you have time to commit to the signature course
– You only want to cover a few aspects of the signature course
We will discuss your needs before the course so that I can tailor it perfectly to your expectations. The fully bespoke course will then take place over one or two sessions.

Power hour
Has something in your pregnancy changed and you want to talk through your options? Do you want to talk through homebirth versus hospital birth? Got a niggling question that you can’t get out of your head?
You choose what we talk about during this hour long session. We will communicate before your session to make sure that we cover everything you want during your Power Hour.
